Role Summary: The Equipment Rental Sales Representative is responsible for providing commercial customer service, prospecting clients, preparing proposals, and closing equipment rental contracts. The role ensures a positive customer experience by understanding client needs and offering solutions that meet project requirements, always aligned with commercial policies and company strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Actively prospect new clients and maintain relationships with the existing client portfolio. * Identify business opportunities and present available equipment and rental services. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and rental contracts in accordance with company standards and policies. * Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms within established limits. * Monitor the rental process from demand initiation through equipment delivery to the client. * Record all interactions and negotiations in the CRM system or internal tools. * Manage post-rental follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities. * Collaborate with logistics, billing, and workshop departments to ensure proper execution of requests. * Meet monthly sales targets, performance indicators, and objectives set by the commercial leader.
