Collaborative environment with strong commercial focus **Position: Representatives Manager** We seek a professional to serve as Representatives Manager, responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the commercial representatives team, ensuring performance, strategic alignment, and market expansion. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the performance of commercial representatives * Establish goals, KPIs, and action plans * Conduct regular alignment and development meetings * Provide technical and commercial support to the team * Ensure clear and efficient communication between representatives and the company * Prospect new market opportunities and support onboarding of new clients * Monitor competitors, pricing, and regional demand * Prepare strategic reports for senior management * Ensure commercial processes comply with company-defined standards **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress or completed is a plus) * Experience in commercial management or external team coordination * Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills * Ability to analyze and track KPIs * Organizational skills and strategic vision **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the industry segment in which the company operates * Experience managing multi-regional commercial representatives * Proficiency in CRM and commercial management tools **What We Offer:** * Collaborative environment with strong commercial focus * Autonomy and support for team development * Opportunity for growth in management Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
