Act as basic administrative support, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the reception area and collaborating in the flow of information between departments and teams. * Receive and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring polite, helpful, and humanized service. * Accurately and completely register patients in the laboratory system. * Provide initial information about tests, deadlines, and preparation, guiding clients as needed. * Verify documentation and medical requests, identifying inconsistencies and referring more complex cases to a responsible person. * Maintain an organized, clean, and comfortable reception area, reflecting the laboratory’s professional image. * Answer and direct telephone calls, taking and relaying messages when necessary. * Organize, file, and keep medical requisitions and patient documents up to date. * Receive and distribute mail and messages, ensuring proper delivery. * Assist in delivering test results to clients, ensuring compliance with internal protocols. * Maintain ethical conduct in all activities, promoting personal and professional integrity, as well as the company’s positive image. * Demonstrate teamwork spirit, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. * Assist in basic routine administrative tasks and internal requests. * Support the achievement of departmental goals and objectives, maintaining proactivity and accountability. * Perform other activities of equivalent complexity, as required and directed by the immediate supervisor, adapting to the business’s dynamic needs. * Adopt safe work practices, actively participating in safety training and other programs developed and implemented by the company, following established guidelines to prevent accidents and incidents. * Act ethically and with integrity in all activities, promoting the company’s positive image.
