We are looking for an Analyst to work on development, process automation, and internal systems support, integrating data between GMX's administrative and industrial departments. ⚠ It is essential that the candidate has practical experience with technical support, network infrastructure, and developing automated solutions to optimize corporate routines. Responsibilities Develop and maintain bots and automations for departments. Create and integrate automated systems for sending messages, forms, and digital content. Manage data and system integration, ensuring information security and integrity. Propose technological innovations to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide technical support and maintenance for equipment, servers, and internal networks. Ensure compliance with information security policies and data confidentiality. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields, completed or in progress. Proven experience in technical support, networks, infrastructure, and hardware maintenance. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and servers. Experience with electronic spreadsheets (Excel – intermediate level) for control, analysis, and technical reports. Ability to work analytically, collaboratively, and results-oriented.
