Job Summary: Occupational health professional providing care to employees, conducting medical exam triage, managing medical certificates, leave records, Work Accident Reports (CAT), and administrative support at Stellantis. Dynamic environment with high demand volume **Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Working Hours:** 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Activity:** Others * General employee service (guidance, medical certificates, referrals to INSS) * Conducting initial occupational health triage for medical exams: o Pre-employment o Periodic o Termination o Return-to-work and job function change * Receiving, verifying, and entering medical certificates into the system * Tracking and controlling absences (last 60 days) * Registering and monitoring INSS medical evaluations * Monitoring DATAPREV results * Administrative management of Work Accident Reports (CAT) (control, registration, signature collection, repository organization) * Monitoring workplace accidents * Calling employees back to work * Managing maternity leave absences * Addressing legal department requests related to absences * Maintaining and controlling CAT and NTEP repositories * Supporting leadership, HR, and other plants * Organizing data and assisting in preparing managerial reports **Requirements** -------------- * Technical Course in Occupational Nursing * Active COREN registration * Prior experience in corporate occupational health * Experience in occupational triage and medical exam routines * Knowledge of social security leave workflows (INSS / DATAPREV) * Experience issuing and managing CAT * Proficiency in Excel and corporate systems **Behavioral Profile** * Empathy and human-centered approach in service delivery * Clear and assertive communication * Operational organization and discipline * Ability to handle high-volume workloads * Proactivity and continuous pursuit of technical updates * Ethical and confidential conduct **Benefits** -------------- **Medical Assistance** **Dental Assistance** **Basic Food Basket** **Shuttle Service** **On-site Meal** **About the Company** ------------------- **About Stellantis** Stellantis is one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers and mobility providers, present on all continents, with manufacturing plants in 30 countries and operations in 150 commercial markets.
