So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. **Job Purpose** --------------- Technical Training Instructor responsible for creating technical materials, developing online courses, and delivering virtual and in-person training sessions in Portuguese and Spanish. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Assist in developing quarterly course calendars; * Develop, update, and deliver technical training on Construction equipment for the CNH Construction LATAM network; * Deliver in-person and virtual training, and develop materials in Portuguese and Spanish; * Support planning and administration of local and regionalized training sessions; * Work with remote training technologies such as augmented reality glasses, robotic cameras, 4G transmission mobile modems, etc; * Contribute to developing the strategic plan and continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures; * Support preparation of budget expenses and budget reviews (FCST); * Assist other CNHI departments with technical know\-how; * Develop content and supporting materials for online training; * Support development and delivery of training for new product launches; * Serve as a technical expert in dealer instructor qualification through the Multipliers Program **Experience Required** ----------------------- * Field or factory technical experience with Construction equipment, including diagnosis/reparation of Construction equipment. * Proficiency in using electronic diagnostic tools. * Desired experience in creating technical materials, and/or designing and delivering online, in-person, and virtual training. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, technical fields, or related disciplines * Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office suite, electronic diagnostic tools, virtual training systems (considered a plus). * Languages: Advanced Spanish and English preferred (considered a plus) **What We Offer** ----------------- We offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
