Join us!** ### **About the Position** The professional will be responsible for overseeing the **entire development lifecycle** of automotive electronic systems (ZCU/BMS), from design through production, collaborating closely with software, hardware, validation, and supplier teams. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Actively participate in the development, launch, and production of ZCU/BMS systems. * Support the **specification and design of electronic boards** (hardware) for automotive systems. * Collaborate with internal customers to understand requirements and develop **technical and functional specifications**. * Assist in defining a **scalable architecture** and hardware evolution pathways. * Contribute to defining requirements for **cost, size, weight, power, performance, and safety**. * Support implementation of **Cybersecurity and Functional Safety requirements (ISO 26262\)**. * Establish and apply **quality standards** for suppliers and internal teams. * Provide technical support during **design and product validation phases (DV/PV)** alongside suppliers. ### **Basic Requirements** * Degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields**. * **Advanced or fluent English**; * Experience with **circuit simulation and worst-case analysis (WCA)**. * Knowledge of **hardware-software interface specifications (HSIS)**. * Experience with schematic capture and eBOM software (preference for **Altium Designer**). * Experience with **D-FMEA**. * Practical experience in **automotive hardware development**. * Strong knowledge of **analog and digital design** (power supplies, drivers, MCUs, digital logic, etc.). * Experience in **electronic component validation** (electrical, EMC, ESD, environmental). * Ability to interpret **datasheets, processor architectures, and automotive networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)**. * Experience with **laboratory instruments** (oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, etc.). * Familiarity with **automotive standards** (EMC/EMI, environmental testing, functional safety). * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and teamwork. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or master's in Electronics Engineering. * Experience in automotive hardware development at **Tier 1 or Tier 2** suppliers. * Experience with products operating between **\-40°C and 105°C**. * Knowledge of **ISO 26262**, and protocols **ETH, CAN FD, LIN, LVDS**. ### **Desired Profile** * Creative and capable of thinking outside the box. * Multifunctional and detail-oriented. * Proactive, with autonomy to solve problems. * Strong communicator, with a team-oriented mindset. * Capable of clearly presenting projects and results. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
