This position offers reduced working hours and a structured routine—ideal for professionals seeking stability, predictability, and qualified technical expertise. **Key Responsibilities** * Leading and supporting the health team * Developing, managing, and updating the PCMSO (Program for Control of Occupational Health Hazards) * Conducting occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, etc.) * Monitoring medical expert evaluations * Providing occupational clinical care to employees * Implementing health promotion initiatives * Monitoring PCA (Occupational Health Program) and AET (Workplace Ergonomics Assessment) programs **Work Schedule/Hours** 20 hours per week 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM *Shift alternation possible upon prior agreement.* **Requirements** ✔ Medical degree ✔ Specialization or certification in Occupational Medicine ✔ Active registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) ✔ Availability for on-site work in Betim Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$13\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a specialization in Occupational Medicine? * Do you have proven experience?
