Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and supporting travel operations, recording statuses and handling incidents to ensure visibility and successful completion of routes. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end travel monitoring and support, from start to finish. 2. Real-time status and incident management. 3. Driver support and demand tracking. The professional is responsible for overseeing operations from the beginning to the conclusion of trips, ensuring visibility, status recording, and incident resolution throughout vehicle routes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor trips from start to finish, recording statuses and incidents; * Provide support to drivers during loading, unloading, and transit; * Finalize manifests; * Update spreadsheets and forms; * Conduct follow-up with customers; * Monitor vehicle scheduling and customer demands. ### **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Organization, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. **Benefits**: Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel subsidy; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance or food voucher; TotalPass; Life insurance; Basic food basket; Birthday day off; On-site parking. **Work Schedule**: 12x36 shift, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. **Location**: Betim/MG Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
