Woodbridge operates across more than 40 facilities in 9 countries \- employing over 7\.000 employees and serving more than 600 customers worldwide. * Perform factory equipment inspections according to the department's checklist instructions * Carry out preventive and corrective mechanical repairs of machines and equipment in accordance with the preventive maintenance management system * Perform routine cleaning of equipment and tools * Assist in supplying production chemical raw materials * Perform unloading of bulk chemical trucks * Support production staff regarding repair of hand and pneumatic tools * Assemble installations or machinery on-site * Collect fluid samples for specific analysis by suppliers (e.g., oil, water, grease, etc.) * Clean the workstation and ensure proper waste disposal * Operate forklifts as a limited material handling tool exclusively for Maintenance activities. Note: If a certified forklift operator is available at the plant, that individual must perform this task. Required documentation and certifications apply * Manage and organize the maintenance spare parts inventory * Fabricate tools and fixtures to meet safety, production, and process requirements * Monitor activities performed by contractors and third parties on-site * Request technical assistance for equipment from respective suppliers * Develop and implement operational improvement projects related to machinery, equipment, and installations * Procure maintenance parts and contract services under supervision guidance, following the procurement management system * Update data in the preventive maintenance management system * Perform equipment start-up and shut-down procedures on-site * Update performance indicator information and visual management data * Report daily departmental activities * Interpret mechanical technical drawings and diagrams * Perform maintenance welding work in compliance with HS\&E standards * Perform work at height and hot work. Required documentation and certifications apply * Provide support to corporate IT **Education** Education Level: Completed High School Technical or higher education in fields related to maintenance (preferred) Courses: Mechanical Maintenance **Experience** 1 (one) year of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or POI * For candidates with disabilities (PcD), minimum experience is not required.
