




**Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out the recruitment and selection process for candidates (administrative and operational positions), ensuring compliance with all steps according to HR procedures and maintaining service quality for clients; * Conduct employee onboarding and integration into the company, introducing them to company policies and rules, as well as facilities, colleagues, and work teams; * Support the conduct of exit interviews to understand the departing employee’s perspective on the company, highlighting positive and negative points to ensure continuous improvement of internal processes; * Support training and development programs aimed at ensuring constant performance improvement and employee motivation, as well as assisting in the development of internal programs; * Perform registration inquiries with the unit's driver risk insurance provider; * Contribute to organizing processes, files, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; **Education:** Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management; **Requirements:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Work Schedule:** 07:30 to 17:30 Must reside in Betim or nearby areas.
