Job Summary: Responsible for conducting tests on power transformers and voltage regulators, ensuring the quality of finished products in accordance with internal standards and customer requirements. Participate in special tests and accompany customer inspections. Responsible for performing routine, type, and special tests on power transformers and voltage regulators (under supervision) to test, validate, and certify the quality of finished products, in compliance with customer quality standards and internal company procedures; generating information aimed at continuous improvement and product quality assurance, as well as similar activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive transformers/other products from the Assembly Section, identifying them and verifying their readiness for testing. Prepare the transformer for testing, observing safety requirements. Prepare (under supervision) equipment connections in the machine room and test benches required for each test, according to need. Connect tested transformers to the equipment used during tests. Perform tests on low-, medium-, high-, and very high-complexity transformers, taking readings, performing calculations, and recording values in forms and/or data acquisition systems, evaluating results against specifications. Read and interpret winding diagrams and electromechanical specifications to obtain necessary data for conducting electrical tests. Accompany customer inspections and, together with the test analyst, seek alternatives to address identified issues. Record discrepancies and defects in dedicated reports, issuing such reports upon request. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the testing area. Ensure testing machines are not damaged during tests; report or suggest measures to prevent such damage. Participate in special tests, assisting analysts in scheduling and executing them. Use the SAP system to view, generate, and print documents required for testing and to generate and control non-conformities related to transformers. Perform and monitor tests on power transformers with voltage classes up to 550 kV, under supervision of Senior or Full Laboratory Technicians, considering the complexity of the test to be performed. Enter reports into WEG systems: AQT; ENS; LABWT.
