Job Summary: Assists in mold maintenance on injection molding machines, including assembly, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, component replacement, and cavity polishing, as well as providing production support. Key Highlights: 1. Support for mold handling during production 2. Assistance with mold assembly and disassembly 3. Corrective and preventive mold maintenance Assist in mold handling during production on injection molding machines. Assist in mold assembly and disassembly tasks for general cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement, as required. Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of hot runner systems. Assist in cavity and mold detail polishing. Assist in mold assembly and disassembly tasks for general cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement. Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of hot runner systems. Assist production after issuance of the maintenance work order, performing mold maintenance during production on injection molding machines.
