




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields). * Proven experience in industrial construction projects, equipment installation, and structural modifications. * Solid AutoCAD skills (reading and reviewing drawings). * Experience developing technical scopes and budgets. * Ability to work on-site and make sound technical decisions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel). * Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project or similar). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in industrial environments (e.g., cold storage facilities, food processing, agro-industry, or heavy manufacturing). * Knowledge of NR10, NR12, NR35, and operational safety standards. * Experience with CAPEX, cost control, and progress measurement. * Familiarity with Power BI and engineering performance indicators. * Ability to read multidisciplinary engineering drawings (civil, electrical, mechanical). * On-site technical supervision and guidance for industrial construction and installations (civil, mechanical, electrical). * Reading, reviewing, and validating engineering drawings (AutoCAD, layouts, specifications). * Developing comprehensive technical scopes for service procurement and material purchases. * Preparing and updating execution schedules, ensuring physical and financial adherence. * On-site supplier coordination, progress measurement, checklist validation, and technical compliance assurance. * Supporting audits and regulatory compliance activities related to NRs (NR10, NR12, NR35, etc.). * Cost control, progress measurement, technical reporting, and documentation. * Risk identification, solution proposal, and quality assurance of deliverables. * Cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Occupational Safety, Maintenance, Production, and other plant departments. * Serving as a technical reference for junior engineers and engineering assistants. 2512130202201917413
