Job Summary: Professional responsible for pallet management, control of pallet inflow and outflow, physical and documentary organization, customer interaction, and system updates. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive pallet and documentation management. 2. Direct communication with customers and drivers. 3. Updating internal systems and status reports. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Pallet Management Control pallet inflow and outflow via system or spreadsheets. Support physical and documentary organization of palletization. Communicate with customers, drivers, or branches to align handling procedures. Update internal systems and status reports. Verify documentation (CT\-e, NF, waybills, reports) and submit information to Finance. Knowledge of the following processes would be advantageous: Return Processes: Receive, register, and track merchandise return requests. Toll Control: Record and validate toll expenses for fleet vehicles. Reconcile statements and discrepancies (TAGs, tickets, or reimbursements).
