Execution of precision measurements and quality assurance. **Position:** Cylindrical Grinder (Large-Scale) We are seeking a professional with solid experience in abrasive machining to perform precision finishing on heavy and bulky parts. Compensation and Benefits **Salary:** R$ 4\.351,60 \+ Hazard Pay (R$ 648,40\). **Quarterly Bonus:** R$ 200,00\. **Benefits:** Meal Voucher + Commuter Voucher or Transit Pass \+ Life Insurance. **Advantage:** No payroll deductions for benefits (only statutory withholdings: INSS/IRPF). **Main Responsibilities:** **Operation and Setup:** Perform cylindrical grinding on large-scale parts; replace, balance, and dress grinding wheels according to material and technical requirements. **Metrology and Quality:** Conduct precision measurements (internal/external micrometers, dial indicators, and comparator clocks); ensure geometric accuracy (taper/ovality) and specified surface finish. **Handling and Fixturing:** Transport and secure heavy parts using overhead cranes, chucks, faceplates, and steady rests, ensuring full centering and operational safety. **Process Management:** Monitor machine operation throughout the entire cycle; complete Service Order (OS) documentation; perform equipment and workplace cleaning and lubrication. Requirements and Schedule **Profile:** Experience with large-scale parts (shafts, cylinders, industrial rollers) and ability to read engineering drawings. **Location:** Preference for candidates residing in Betim, Contagem, or Belo Horizonte (BH). **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
