Join the largest electricity meter manufacturer in Latin America!‍ ️ We are a 95-year-old company providing comprehensive technology and solutions for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing electromobility contracts. * Managing contract finances, including billing, costs, cash flow, delivery deadlines, and planning. * Tracking and monitoring deliveries with clients. * Issuing purchase requisitions. * Identifying critical issues such as logistics, support, certification, and engineering. * Integrating contracts into the ERP system (Totvs). * Executing and monitoring monthly contract forecasts. * Negotiating and monitoring contractual adjustments. * Negotiating fair contractual deadlines and terms with clients and stakeholders. * Preparing contract performance reports at both local and headquarters levels. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering and/or related fields; * Knowledge of contract administration routines; * Conversational English; * Strong negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders; * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple contracts; * Sense of urgency coupled with effective communication; * Owner mindset, focused on results and deliverables.
