We are currently expanding and structuring our commercial operations, with a focus on growth, organization, and revenue increase. **Purpose of the Role** We seek a Commercial Assistant to work on **customer reactivation and generation of new sales opportunities**, directly supporting the sales team. **Main Responsibilities** * Proactively contact existing customers (calls, WhatsApp, and e\-mail) * Reactivate former customers and identify new demands * Prospect new contacts daily * Qualify leads and forward opportunities to sales representatives * Record all interactions in the CRM (Ploomes) * Support the organization of the customer portfolio * Schedule meetings and potential commercial visits * Maintain a routine of activities aligned with daily targets Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * B2B Sales (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
