Carlos Schneider Group, which also comprises FCF (fasteners and special projects), Hacasa (real estate development), RBE (energy management and commercialization), Intercargo (logistics solutions), and Agropecuária Parati. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for operating machines and equipment by activating pre-established manual controls outlined in procedures, performing minor mechanical adjustments, and conducting dimensional inspections using measuring instruments. Handles material handling and equipment feeding. Monitors product quality through dimensional, visual, and other checks. Performs minor repairs and cleaning on equipment. Completes quality records with product and process data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Knowledge of metrology; * Availability to work the 2nd shift. **Internal Recruitment Rules for H.
