Our global team is made of dreamers, doers and innovators who are Delivering POWER for a safer, brighter and more sustainable tomorrow. **Job Posting Title** Production Leader**Job Description Summary** Monitor results, achieve targets, and execute all activities related to the Industrial area, complying with all internal and external standards, procedures, as well as adhering to general policies and human resources policies of AAM do Brasil.**Job Description** * Monitor OEE performance using hour-by-hour tracking, XPPS, and Excel spreadsheets; * Manage rework flow, including coordination with support areas, material handling, organization of non-conforming areas, and guidance to the rework execution team; * Responsible for managing the collection of IMIs generated during inspection, entering data into XPPS, and updating logistics tracking systems; * Conduct weekly safety bulletin meetings, request safety team involvement to initiate JSA when necessary, guide the team on safe work practices, and align with AAM's environmental, safety, and other strategic goals; * Lead continuous improvement activities together with the production team; * Monitor compliance with Autonomous Maintenance and 5S execution; * Manage activity execution and set priorities through production sequencing aligned with billing requirements provided by logistics; * Monitor quality indices, customer complaints, and hour-by-hour metrics to ensure team performance; · Conduct QJIR training for selection and magnaflux operations; * Operate shot blasters, palletizer, and perform part weighing; * Inspect parts when necessary; * Promote collaborative leadership across support areas, ensuring discipline and team synergy, guaranteeing active participation in meetings. Meeting effectiveness must be ensured to achieve desired outcomes. Must have autonomy to escalate issues as needed, maintaining readiness to quickly and effectively align with all stakeholders. * It is also important to be a safety role model within the organization, actively participating in both internal and external events. Encouraging teamwork, promoting synergy and empathy across different departments, is essential for smooth organizational operations. Conflict management should be handled assertively, always seeking effective solutions for all parties involved. * Maintaining information confidentiality is crucial to ensure company data integrity.
