Works in the planning, preparation, and monitoring of environmental studies and projects, management of specialized consulting firms, and technical interaction with regulatory agencies. Conducts field inspections, identifies liabilities, and proposes corrective and preventive measures, ensuring environmental compliance and providing technical support to operational areas. Responsibilities and duties * Coordinate and monitor environmental licensing processes, ensuring compliance with conditions. * Interact with environmental agencies, presenting plans, studies, and technical defenses. * Conduct field inspections to identify liabilities and propose corrective measures. * Supervise and review studies, reports, and projects prepared by third-party companies. * Plan and develop projects aimed at environmental preservation and impact mitigation. * Issue and monitor Technical Responsibility Notes (ART) related to reports and projects under their coordination. * Propose and implement solutions for drainage, erosion control, and reforestation. * Ensure technical support to operational and support areas, guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements and good environmental practices. * Participate in technical meetings, presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Requirements and qualifications * Completed bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, Biology, Geography, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental licensing and environmental project management. * Class B driver's license and availability for field activities. * Knowledge of Minas Gerais environmental legislation and regulatory agencies (SEMAD, FEAM, IGAM, IEF). 2511090202181796805
