This professional will be responsible for providing **specialized technical support**, directly addressing **incident resolution and stability of production-critical systems.** ### **Responsibilities** First- and second-level technical support, with focus on production systems; Incident analysis, logging, prioritization, and resolution according to SLAs; Support for MES, ERP, PDMS, and specific industrial applications; Support for factory infrastructure: industrial networks, computers, printers, devices, and specialized hardware; Development and updating of manuals, procedures, and technical documentation; Collaboration with development, automation, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues; Execution of preventive actions and proposal of continuous improvements in the industrial IT environment. ### **Desirable** ✔️ Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing environments; ✔️ Knowledge of production systems and factory infrastructure.
