Imagine\-yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for** * Serving as the technical reference for evolving the ERP system supporting Point’s revenue generation and inventory control, ensuring scalability and operational quality. * Driving architectural decisions, defining robust and high-performance solutions for a high-volume environment—over 1\.5 million monthly fiscal document issuances. * Consolidating and expanding the inventory platform, currently experiencing growing adoption by internal customers, preparing\-it for new sites and countries. * Integrating revenue generation, logistics, and other verticals, ensuring a stable, efficient, and fully monitorable end-to-end flow. * Continuously improving performance by reviewing architecture, identifying bottlenecks, and driving structural refactoring. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Solid backend development experience with Java. * Mastery of software architecture and designing scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions. * Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices, quality engineering, design patterns, and best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture, TDD). * Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Kibana, etc.). * Ability to lead technical discussions, conduct in-depth Pull Request reviews, and support less-experienced developers. * Experience with billing workflows, fiscal document issuance, and integration with ERPs or logistics systems (a plus). **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our purpose!
