What You’ll Do Here: * **Technical Leadership:** Design and develop toroidal transformers and inductors, performing advanced calculations and simulations to optimize materials and thermal/electrical performance. * **Global Compliance:** Ensure every project strictly complies with international standards (**UL/IEC**). * **International Interface:** Serve as the official technical representative in meetings with clients in the **U.S.**, translating complex requirements into flawless design proposals. * **360° Collaboration:** Work synergistically with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure technical designs become excellence-driven deliverables. What We’re Looking For: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (with active professional registration). * **Technical Expertise:** Solid knowledge of magnetic materials, insulation systems, and thermal behavior. * **English:** Full fluency is essential. You will be the voice of our engineering team to American clients, requiring precise technical vocabulary. * **Mindset:** Proactive, analytical profile with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Experience with simulation and design tools (**SolidWorks, AutoCAD, FEMM, ANSYS Maxwell**). * Prior experience in the medical device sector (**OEMs**) or other high-specification industries. * Track record in **R&D** and innovation.
