




The Facilities Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the company's facilities management, ensuring that the services and resources necessary for the proper functioning of facilities and infrastructure are available and compliant with established standards and regulations. This professional assists in coordinating building maintenance, cleaning, security, and other workplace support services, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in managing and coordinating building maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, and other infrastructure-related services. * Support the administration of service provider contracts, monitoring deadlines, quality, and compliance with agreed terms. * Manage the receipt and handling of internal service requests related to facility issues, ensuring prompt resolution and communication with responsible parties. * Assist in implementing facility improvement projects, from planning through execution and follow-up. * Prepare periodic reports on facility status, maintenance performed, energy and water consumption, and other resources. * Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical or higher education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in administrative or operational roles related to facilities management. * Basic knowledge of building maintenance and infrastructure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data control and report preparation. * Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems is desirable.
