If you enjoy creating transformative experiences and strengthening organizational culture, this opportunity is for you. **Main responsibilities:** * Support the structuring of the company's training and development (TD) programs. * Organize and monitor internal and external trainings. * Assist in building and maintaining development pathways and the corporate university. * Conduct training needs assessments (TNA). * Maintain updated records, controls, indicators, and training data. * Provide support in onboarding new employees. * Contribute to initiatives related to work climate, engagement, and leadership development. * Collaborate with industrial, backoffice, and logistics departments, ensuring learning solutions align with the company’s strategic priorities. **Requirements:** * **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields. * Previous experience in Training and Development. * Experience with leadership journeys and organizational development. * Data analysis and TD metrics knowledge is desirable. * Organized, communicative, and collaborative profile. * Availability to work onsite in Carmo do Cajuru/MG. **Working hours:** * Monday to Thursday, from 6:45 AM to 4:45 PM / Friday, from 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM\.
