If you are looking for a company with a highly specialized team, an excellent organizational climate, and a trusted partner in maximizing client results, we are ready to accompany\-you on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Draft, review, update, and control data mapping and internal regulatory documents (code of conduct, policies, procedures, and work instructions); * Monitor compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and normative requirements, reporting deviations and identifying improvement opportunities; * Manage document control for contracts, amendments, and other legal documents related to compliance; * Conduct preliminary compliance risk analyses for internal processes, suppliers, and service providers; * Organize and maintain evidence, records, and indicators required for internal and external audits; * Control mandatory trainings (ethics, compliance, LGPD, and internal policies), including recordkeeping, indicators, and follow-up on action plans; * Monitor compliance, risk, and LGPD indicators, as well as action plans, ensuring their updating and effectiveness; * Conduct initial investigations of deviations, non-conformities, and incidents related to breaches of internal and legal norms; * Keep registers and controls related to legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements up to date; * Ensure confidentiality of information and documents under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed high school.
