We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Responsible for Production, Logistics, Transvaso, and Fleet teams. Supervise production activities (loading/unloading, filling, weighing, and delivery) at the platform, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet established quality standards. Monitor container filling processes, adhering strictly to work instructions and procedures. Track product deliveries to company service stations and customers. Optimize labor utilization across production and logistics areas to reduce overtime and increase productivity. Supervise truck departures, schedule loading plans, and record driver and assistant names in the control system for each delivery. Maintain organization and cleanliness of production equipment, fleet vehicles, and the production base. Perform preventive maintenance on production, infrastructure, and fleet/logistics equipment. Monitor customer delivery schedules, tracking service levels via shipping reports and daily logbooks. Review daily operational performance, measuring delivery efficiency, rejections, rescheduling, manifests, and overtime hours; propose corrective actions for non-conformities. Analyze Logistics and Fleet performance indicators, verifying whether results meet targets and ensuring service delivery. Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance, and fuel consumption per kilometer driven, verifying compliance with established standards to ensure operational efficiency. Lead the delivery team, guaranteeing quality, safety, adherence to procedures, and proper control of document expiration dates related to operations. **Requirements:** * **Strong communication skills, leadership ability, systemic vision, organization, planning, and teamwork;** * **Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering;** * **Experience in logistics, production, and/or maintenance;** * **Technical training in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, or related fields, and people management experience are desirable;** * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report preparation;** * **Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B).
