Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst specialized in route planning to plan and optimize loads, negotiate loading schedules, and monitor performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Cost reduction suggestions We are looking for a Logistics Analyst with a focus on **ROUTE PLANNING:** **Main responsibilities:** * Plan loads to be transported using the most optimal calculation possible, ensuring efficient transportation—i.e., at the lowest cost, shortest time, and highest safety; * Deliver daily route plans to the warehouse department so that loading operations follow the established procedures; * Negotiate loading schedules with third-party carriers and drivers from our own fleet; * Assign drivers to their respective deliveries, informing them of the loading date and time; * Adjust driver schedules according to operational dynamics; * Monitor and develop actions that improve results based on route planning and execution indicators; * Suggest cost reductions based on your activities. **Working hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00; Fridays: 08:00 to 17:00; Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 to 12:00.
