Job Summary: An HR professional to handle onboarding and offboarding processes, experience assessment, feedback delivery, diagnosis of improvement opportunities, and strengthening of organizational culture. Analysis of HR metrics to develop evidence-based solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Manage onboarding processes, documentation with the HR department (DP), and benefit requests; * Responsible for experience assessment and offboarding processes, evaluation of feedback policies, analysis of experience and exit interviews, and delivering feedback to leadership; * Conduct diagnostics of improvement opportunities jointly with departments to implement necessary actions; * Periodic visits to major cities within the region; * Execute initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture; * Identify, deliver, and conduct training and capacity-building activities applicable to employees. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in HR metrics (KPIs) to propose evidence-based and data-driven solutions; * Experience in HR subsystems; * Strong communication skills and dynamism; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
