Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning, maintenance, gardening, and equipment operation services, including driving motor vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of specific equipment and motor vehicles 2. Maintenance of green areas and general cleaning 3. Diagnosis and replacement of vehicle components **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and gardening services; * Operate and drive specific equipment; * Ensure the maintenance condition and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment under their responsibility; * Diagnose vehicle and material handling equipment problems and failures; * Replace components; * Operate lawn mowers and other equipment used in green area maintenance, under supervision; * Assist in applying fertilizers and pest control products; * Assist in activities such as mowing, weeding, pruning, cleaning, and maintaining vegetation, tree canopies, and branches; * Drive motor vehicles. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Driver's License Category D. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
