Follow food hygiene and handling regulations **Job Mission** Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, sanitation, and organization of food items, utensils, and equipment, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficient service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes, snacks, desserts, and other food items. * Wash, peel, cut, and portion food items according to the chef\'s instructions. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, cold rooms, and work areas. * Wash and organize utensils, equipment, and dishware used in meal preparation. * Assist with receiving, inspecting, storing, and inventory control of supplies. * Strictly adhere to hygiene, food handling, and occupational safety regulations. * Support other kitchen team tasks as needed.
