Support management in organizing operational routines **Description:** We are seeking a professional to work as a **General Services Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating and supervising operational teams to ensure proper execution of cleaning, maintenance, and operational support activities according to company-established standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise general services teams (cleaning, maintenance, and operational support); * Assign tasks and monitor daily execution; * Control usage of cleaning materials and supplies; * Request material replenishment when necessary; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Monitor team attendance, performance, and discipline; * Support management in organizing operational routines; * Report incidents and requirements to the responsible manager. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a supervisor/team leader in operational roles; * Experience managing cleaning or general services teams; * Basic knowledge of administrative routines (material and team management).
