WE ARE HIRING QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT Responsibilities Issue and record Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to processes, products, and suppliers, ensuring traceability and proper handling of identified non-conformities, Monitor non-conforming products, ensuring correct isolation, identification, recording, and disposition according to internal procedures, Monitor and verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in production processes, reporting deviations and suggesting improvements, Monitor, verify, and archive forms related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring documentary compliance and information traceability, Perform analyses of density, water activity, moisture, dimensional measurements, and other required finished-product monitoring during production, as per established standards, Record analysis results in daily reports, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and availability of information for decision-making. Prerequisites Completed high school education, Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Basic understanding of quality control and non-conformance handling, Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Proficiency in data recording and management (basic/intermediate Microsoft Office). **?
