Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing electrical, hydraulic, civil, carpentry, joinery, and general maintenance services, following safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Performs electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance 2. Performs carpentry and joinery maintenance 3. Works in accordance with safety and quality standards Carries out electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance tasks, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Performs carpentry and joinery maintenance, repairing furniture, replacing and adjusting doors and windows, swapping parts, and repairing floors and wooden flooring. Maintains masonry and façades and restores paintwork; waterproofs surfaces; cleans, prepares, and applies products. Assembles work and safety equipment, inspects the site, and installs parts and components onto equipment. Performs general residential services (e.g., showerhead replacement, door and window repairs, etc.). Works in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. \* The employee is entitled to a hazard allowance of 30%.
