Job Summary: Assemble door kits according to project specifications, ensuring quality and safety, representing the final stage of the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Workstation cleaning and organization Assemble door kits according to project specifications, safeguarding work quality and safety, resulting in the final product, which constitutes the last stage of the production process. * Door kit assembly * Assemble door frames (door frame structure) and doors (mounting doors onto jambs); * Package finished door kits for shipment to Dispatch; * Assemble door kits from cut and machined parts using tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and pneumatic riveters, following project specifications. * Perform touch-ups on parts when necessary. * Ensure workstation cleanliness and organization; * Install hinges on frames and locks; * Verify that the lock kit contains all required components for door kit assembly; SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: * Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings is desirable; * Familiarity with metrology is desirable; * Familiarity with measuring tools (tape measure, square) is desirable; * Familiarity with carpentry is desirable;
