




Job Opening: Personnel Department Analyst **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out employee admission and termination processes; * Collect and verify documentation, schedule admission and exit medical exams; * Perform registration and purchase of benefits (transportation voucher, meal allowance); * Monitor medical certificates and absences for benefit calculation and granting; * Manage electronic timekeeping, review time sheets and make system adjustments; * Support payroll closing, including entries, deductions and overtime; * Prepare spreadsheets with values and information for submission to finance; * Control and schedule vacations and terminations, ensuring record and calendar updates; * Support periodic exam management and occupational health requirements; * Assist with other department routines when necessary. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields. * Previous experience in Personnel Department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll; * Familiarity with eSocial and electronic timekeeping systems is desirable.
