Acts as a technical specialist, delivering qualified analyses and information to support the execution of the mining plan, using analytical methods, operational indicators, and data intelligence, interfacing with various areas across the mineral value chain. **Responsibilities and Duties** Continuously monitor mine operational indicators (production, loading, hauling, blasting, fragmentation, and equipment cycle), preparing technical analyses and follow-up reports. Monitor daily operations, verifying adherence to the mining plan, operational standards, performance targets, and legal requirements, reporting deviations to responsible leadership. Conduct analyses of operational data (productivity, fleet availability, cycle time, operating costs, and safety KPIs), consolidating information to support management. Develop technical studies and managerial reports to support decision-making by mine leadership. Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, proposing technical alternatives based on critical analysis and industry best practices. Support integration of information across drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and processing, ensuring consistency of operational data. Assess the impact of operational variables (geology, average haul distance, road conditions, fragmentation, and unplanned stoppages) on productivity. Monitor blasting results, fragmentation, and operational stability, sharing analyses with responsible areas. Support scenario analyses and operational simulations, providing data and technical analyses for studies conducted by leadership. Provide technical support for the management of operational contracts and third-party companies through performance indicator analysis (KPIs and SLAs). Develop dashboards, statistical analyses, heat maps, and analytical reports. Contribute technical information for defining operational targets and action plans when requested. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, mining legislation, regulatory standards, and safety best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives, operational transformation, and mine digitalization. Provide technical support for investigations of operational and safety incidents. Act as technical support in developing operators, supervisors, and junior analysts, sharing best practices and technical knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in **Mining Engineering, Production Engineering, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields**.
