Job Summary: Responsible for structuring, analyzing, and improving processes, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and support for internal departments and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Providing technical and analytical support for decision-making and commercial proposals. **Location:** Betim/MG **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Position Objective** This role focuses on structuring, analyzing, and improving processes within a developing environment, emphasizing information organization, operational efficiency gains, and support for internal departments and customers. **Responsibilities** · Lead the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement projects; · Structure and organize internal processes, promoting standardization and efficiency; · Analyze operational data and production scenarios to identify opportunities; · Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations to support decision-making; · Conduct technical studies related to equipment application and performance; · Support the commercial team in developing technical proposals; · Perform cost and life-cycle cost (LCC) analyses to support decisions; · Organize and process databases; · Contribute to consolidating unstructured information within the department; · Support process evolution, ensuring consistency and organization of information; · Independently identify problems and propose solutions; · Interface with various internal departments and external customers; · Support team technical development through knowledge sharing; · Ensure data reliability and analysis quality; · Contribute to building a more structured department within a non-standardized context; · Comply with operational guidelines, safety regulations, and internal practices. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, with specialization in processes, quality, or related fields; · Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement, preferably in mining machinery and equipment companies; · Knowledge of equipment sizing is a plus; · Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and presentation; · Familiarity with data processing and structuring, knowledge of Power Query, and database cleansing is desirable; · Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and driving experience; · Willingness to travel; · Intermediate English (interaction with international teams).
