If you seek a company with a highly specialized team, an excellent organizational climate, and one that partners with clients to maximize their results, we are ready to accompany\-you on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Model, transform, and optimize data to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality in BI analytics. * Integrate multiple data sources (ERP, CRM, payroll systems, Excel, APIs, among others) to build robust and integrated solutions. * Maintain and optimize the existing Data Lake architecture, ensuring data organization and accessibility. * Develop, update, and maintain interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, delivering clear and actionable insights to business areas. * Ensure maintenance and evolution of ETL routines, adjusting processes as needed to guarantee data integrity and reliability. * Gather, document, and align technical requirements for development, data modeling, and process flowcharts. * Analyze and document the impact of system and data changes, ensuring solution integrity and correct implementation of projects and versions. * Facilitate communication between end users and partner development companies or internal teams, ensuring understanding of business needs and delivery of effective BI solutions. * Provide ongoing support for BI solutions, responding to incidents and implementing improvements. * Actively participate in innovation and improvement projects, identifying opportunities, analyzing impact, and promoting end-user training. * Provide technical guidance, critical analysis, and execution of procedures within the BI domain, aiming for optimization and high-impact business outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
