Ensure environmental compliance and technical support Description: A professional responsible for coordinating and executing the company's environmental licensing activities, ensuring compliance with current legislation and license conditions. Engages in the planning, preparation, and monitoring of environmental studies and projects, manages specialized consulting services, and maintains technical communication with regulatory agencies. Conducts field inspections, identifies environmental liabilities, and proposes corrective and preventive measures, thereby ensuring environmental compliance and technical support to operational areas. Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate and monitor environmental licensing processes, ensuring compliance with license conditions. * Liaise with environmental agencies, submitting plans, studies, and technical defenses. * Conduct field inspections to identify environmental liabilities and propose corrective measures. * Supervise and review studies, reports, and projects prepared by third-party companies. * Plan and develop projects focused on environmental preservation and impact mitigation. * Issue and track Technical Responsibility Records (ART) related to reports and projects under their coordination. * Propose and implement solutions for drainage, erosion control, and reforestation. * Provide technical support to operational and support areas, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and sound environmental practices. * Participate in technical meetings, presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, Biology, Geography, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental licensing and environmental project management. * Driver's license category B and availability for fieldwork. * Knowledge of environmental legislation in Minas Gerais and of regulatory agencies (SEMAD, FEAM, IGAM, IEF). 2512100202181796805
