Performs check\-in and check\-out procedures, provides information, resolves inquiries, and assists with accommodation-related requests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel guest service. * Execute check\-in and check\-out procedures according to hotel standards. * Provide information regarding hotel services, operating hours, facilities, and local attractions. * Register reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the system. * Maintain and organize guest documentation and registration forms. * Route guest requests to respective departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, etc.). * Receive payments and verify accounts when required. * Maintain front desk organization and professional appearance. * Address any incidents that arise, always prioritizing guest satisfaction. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
