The #NewChaseGroup is the right place for you! * Develop customer service and service sales approaches by consulting the customer’s history in the system and conducting consultative interviews, aiming to maximize sales opportunities and deliver excellent service. * Perform simple mechanical repairs and part replacements by disassembling the engine and vehicle components, using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure proper vehicle operation. * Monitor service sales processes by completing the vehicle intake checklist, issuing Service Orders (S.O.) via the system, verifying the vehicle owner’s documentation, and delivering customer satisfaction surveys for completion, ensuring accurate information flow within the department. * Track open Service Orders (S.O.s) by consulting the corporate system to finalize the vehicle process. * Monitor billing and sales scheduling metrics by consulting the corporate system to organize service activities and establish sales strategies. * Attend manufacturer-provided in-person and web-based training courses according to the course schedule issued by the Human Resources Department, ensuring certification and maintaining the manufacturer-defined performance standards. * Carry out other tasks delegated by the department manager. * Record your daily working hours in accordance with the Group’s Code of Ethics to comply with current labor legislation. 2512100202181856900
