Act strategically and analytically in sales and operations planning, ensuring balance between commercial demand and EMF Logística's operational capacity. The professional will be responsible for consolidating information across Commercial, Operations, and Finance departments, ensuring predictability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the S\&OP (Sales \& Operations Planning) process, integrating sales, transportation, and warehousing information. * Consolidate demand forecasts and plan operational capacity, considering fleet, space, and labor constraints. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, productivity, forecast accuracy, and service level. * Support management of contracts and volumes for strategic clients, anticipating seasonal variations and optimization opportunities. * Develop reports and executive presentations for planning and performance review meetings. * Interact with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams, ensuring alignment between revenue targets, costs, and capacity. * Support the development of strategic scenarios and contingency plans to meet demand peaks. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in logistics planning processes, S\&OP, production control (PCP), or supply chain. * Preferable experience in transportation, warehousing, or logistics operator companies. ### **Technical Skills:** * Advanced Excel and Power BI (mandatory). * Knowledge of ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or similar). * Ability to analyze data and model scenarios. * Knowledge of financial and operational indicators is desirable.
