




**Description** Responsible for carrying out integrated planning of the production chain, focusing on optimizing resources and meeting production volumes, quality, and sales targets. Acts strategically and analytically in coordinating mining, plant, railway, and port operations, ensuring balance between production, logistics, and commercialization. **Responsibilities and duties** Carry out scheduling of rail, road, and maritime shipments (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Plan and control production, monitoring planned volumes and qualities. Monitor and ensure the quality of products stored internally and at the port. Manage high-impact contracts (MRS, Porto Sudeste, external sales), ensuring compliance and operational performance. Critically analyze production and sales performance, considering volume and quality. Create, monitor, and report **KPIs** for production, quality, railway, and exports. Promote **integration of the production chain**, optimizing the flow between involved areas. Monitor the entire export process (line\-up, interface with ports, customers, and carriers). Implement **Lean Manufacturing** practices aimed at reducing waste and maximizing results. Prepare performance and results executive reports and presentations. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed in **Production Engineering, Mining Engineering** or related fields. Desired experience in **PCP, mining, railway, and exportation**. Knowledge of **advanced Excel and Minitab**. Analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and integrated view of the production chain.
