We currently have an opportunity for a **Senior Software Engineer**, to work onsite in Londrina/PR, focusing on technical leadership and evolution of web systems. This position involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, participation in architectural decisions, continuous performance improvement, and team mentoring. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership for projects and support architectural decisions. * Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and guide developers in technical growth. * Design, implement, and optimize internal systems and services. * Contribute to defining technical roadmaps and engineering best practices. * Improve observability, CI/CD, automation, and testing processes. * Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and Design teams. **Requirements** * 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering. * Prior experience in technical leadership of teams or projects. * Hands-on experience with full-stack web development and Linux environments. * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation. * Experience with containers (Docker) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of application security (OWASP, SSDLC). * Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture. * Experience building APIs and real-time data integration. * Contributions to technical communities or open-source projects. **What We Offer:** * PJ contract (Individual Entrepreneur) * Salary: R$8,000.00 to R$12,000.00 per month, based on experience and seniority * Year-end bonus: 1 month’s salary, prorated by months worked (1 year = 1 full salary) * 30 days of paid vacation. * Meal allowance via Flash Card. * Birthday day off. * ChatGPT Plus subscription for professional use and learning. * Access to Coursera and Udemy courses. * Access to the company’s book library. * Daily coffee, fruits, and cookies. * Onsite work — Londrina, PR. * Work model: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week), with flexible schedules: * 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) * 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) * 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
