Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for computer program programming, testing, and maintenance, using requirement specifications and analyses conducted by systems analysts as supporting references. Key Highlights: 1. Computer program programming, testing, and maintenance 2. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS 3. Experience with georeferenced databases, especially PostGIS Orbital Remote Sensing (satellite imagery) and its processing; Aerial Photogrammetry and Laser Profiling (LiDAR); Multi-purpose Technical Registries (urban and rural); Thematic Mapping (land use and occupation, among others); Surveying and Geodesy; Geographic Information Systems (supply, development, and support); Training. We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for computer program programming, testing, and maintenance, using requirement specifications and analyses conducted by systems analysts as supporting references. REQUIREMENTS Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; Intermediate English proficiency; Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails; Intermediate knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Intermediate knowledge of frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, or Vue; Advanced knowledge of React or React Native; Knowledge of GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server configuration and usage; Familiarity with APIs for communication with GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server; Experience with georeferenced databases, especially PostGIS; Experience with OpenLayers or Leaflet libraries. Professional profile: proactive, helpful, and eager to periodically acquire new knowledge.
