**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Operate the tire shop’s truck on paved and unpaved roads, ensuring operational safety, and operate the Munck implement for cargo handling, loading, and unloading.
* Perform replacement, repair, alignment, balancing, and inflation pressure adjustment of road and agricultural tires on vehicles, machinery, and equipment—both in field operations and at the mechanical workshop.
* Inspect tire condition—including tread depth measurement—and complete documentation and control records for movement, inflation pressure, and maintenance.
* Organize and maintain the internal tire shop and tire shop trucks, ensuring proper storage of new, retreaded, or used tires and keeping all records up to date.
* Comply with company-established safety, health, environmental, and ethical standards and procedures.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed elementary education;
* Knowledge of agricultural tire services;
* Experience operating trucks and safe driving practices;
* Hands-on experience using pneumatic tools, hydraulic jacks, and operating Munck equipment;
* Valid Class C driver’s license (CNH C);
* Munck operation and indivisible cargo handling training preferred.
