Active participation in technical and architectural decisions We are looking for a **Senior Front\-end Developer** who is proactive and highly execution-oriented. We seek someone who contributes to technical decisions, proposes improvements, and collaborates effectively with the Product team (UX, Back\-end, and Database). **Responsibilities** * Develop and enhance web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and excellent user experience * Actively participate in technical and architectural decisions * Ensure best practices in coding, version control, and project organization * Optimize application performance and SEO * Contribute to code reviews and support team development **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid Front\-end experience (Senior level) * Proficiency in Next.js * Advanced experience with React.js * Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML5, and CSS3 * Experience consuming REST APIs * Familiarity with Git version control * Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset **Expected Profile** * Proactivity and autonomy * Problem-solving ability with strategic vision * Organization and commitment to deliverables * Continuous improvement mindset **Employment Model:** Individual Contractor (PJ) **Monthly Service Fee:** R$12\.000,00 Payment: R$12\.000,00 per month Work Location: Remote
