You will be the mind behind scripts, pages, and ads that move the real needle: revenue. **Job Mission** Transform growth ideas and strategies into messages that sell, convert, and retain—combining psychology, storytelling, and data to create copy, scripts, and pages that deliver measurable performance. **Responsibilities** * Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, emails, and video scripts (VSL, Reels, Ads). * Develop narratives and mental triggers that maximize CTR, CVR, and ROAS. * Collaborate with traffic and video teams to ensure alignment among copy, visuals, and conversion. * Produce multiple text variations for weekly A/B tests. * Measure and report the performance of each asset based on data. * Adjust scripts and headlines based on actual results (not assumptions). * Document learnings and high-performance frameworks for reuse. **Requirements** * Mental triggers and copy frameworks (AIDA, PAS, 4Ps, Before-After-Bridge, etc.). * Consumer psychology and lead behavior. * Sales page structure and acquisition/nurturing funnels. * Copy metrics: CTR, CVR, CPL, Watch Time, ROAS. * Scriptwriting for VSLs, Ads, and Reels. * Persuasive, clear, conversion-oriented writing. * Rapid creation of multiple versions (testing and iteration). **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in copy for infoproducts, SaaS, or e-commerce. * Hands-on experience with audiovisual storytelling and performance videos. * Proficiency in email automation and funnels (RD, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). * Portfolio with proven results (CTR, CVR, CPL). * Knowledge of SEO copywriting and CRO.
